Mobile Printing

Print from your computer, smartphone, or tablet: 

  1. Click here to log in.
    Username: library card number
    Password: PIN
  2. Upload print jobs.
  3. Go to any HPLD location, locate the printer, and print from there.

Free Printing

Your library card is loaded with 200 printing credits on the first of each month.

  • Black and white 8 ½ x 11 page = 1 credit per page
  • Color 8 ½ x 11 page = 5 credits per page
  • Legal (8 ½ x 14) or tabloid (11 x 17) page, whether black & white or color = 25 credits per page
  • Two-sided printing counts as printing two pages.

Patrons should visit a print/copy store for large or complex printing jobs such as:

  • Paper sizes other than than 8.5×11″, 8.4×14″, or 11×17″
  • Specialty paper, whether it be special designs, weight, etc.
  • Tri-fold brochures

Scan to Email

Our Xerox machines are equipped with flatbed scanners that will convert your documents or images to files that are sent to your email address.

Scan to Fax

If you need to fax, our Xerox machines are able to scan a document and send it as a fax. We cannot receive incoming faxes.

Quick Print

Have a laptop, iPad, iPhone or other device you want to print from? Use our Quick Print stations!

What you need to use the Quick Print service:

  • A library card
  • Available print credits (for an understanding of print credits review the print section of this page)

Where are the Quick Print stations?

Quick Print Stations are located in the library central print area.

How do I use the Quick Print service? There are several options to print using this station.

  • Save the content to a flash drive and then print from the flash drive at the station.
  • Email the content to yourself or store in an internet accessible area, then access the files from the Quick Print Station for printing.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – when you are done printing select the “I’M DONE” icon. This icon will ensure all your data is completely removed from the workstation before someone else uses the service.

Fax

Free faxing is available at Carbon Valley Regional Library, Centennial Park Library, Erie Community Library, Farr Regional Library, Lincoln Park Library, and Riverside Library and Cultural Center.

Faxing out is allowed, however there is no faxing to the library. For large fax needs please visit a local print shop.

For fax confirmation, please visit the service desk after sending your fax.
