Services we do not provide as part of the Book a Librarian Service

The Book a Librarian Service does not offer help with patent searching, filling out legal forms, tax forms or medical forms. We also do not provide word processing, document editing, or advice on job application content. We are not able to undertake any financial transactions on your behalf. At this time, we are not able to provide help with QuickBooks Software, although HPLD libraries do have instructional books in this area. Your attendance of a Book a Librarian appointment serves as your agreement to absolve HPLD of any liability pertaining to lost or damaged electronic devices, peripherals or computer equipment.
