The Curse of Farrfield!

As you may know, HPLD recently released Farrfield from the prison that kept him shrink wrapped. Little did we know that we unleashed the terrible curse of Farrfield!
In order to force Farrfield back into hiding, we must all pull together. Complete these library challenges in October, and use the power of community and libraries to force Farrfield to once again slumber!
Challenge 1: Design a spooky bookmark for use this month!

Now that you have designed a bookmark, Farrfield is already weakening! Keep it up!
Challenge 2: Select a spooky book to read this month! I mean, come on, you had to know this would involve some reading.

Yes! That is exactly the energy we need! Keep going!
Challenge 3: Find a Halloween article in an old newspaper. The older, the better!

Delicious! Delightful! Do not stop now!
Challenge 4: Find a spooky, cult, or Halloween-y movie on Kanopy and add it to your watchlist!

Farrfield can feel his cursed strength fading!
6.
Farrfield is nearly banished back to his slumber!
Challenge 6: Read in the dark! Slightly past your bedtime!
Preferably with a flashlight!
Preferably reading a scary book!
Preferably with a snack!
Preferably a delicious one!

Farrfield is at his weakest point! All you have to do now is finish the spooky book you picked! Challenge 2. Come on. This is not all that long!
