All Branch Libraries Moving to Curbside-Only Service Monday, November 23, 2020

By State of Colorado order, Weld County will be moved to an elevated, “red” COVID-19 precaution level on Monday, and starting Monday all of our branches will be providing curbside service only. For more details on Weld’s decision-making process, please see this article.

There will be no entry into buildings, but items can be placed on hold for pickup, and outside bookdrops will be available for item drop-off.

Our holds pickup procedure will be modified at all branches to be more convenient starting Monday. You will no longer need an appointment. Once your items come in, you will be able to head to the library, call, and your items will be brought out. For more details regarding what this will look like, see this page, which outlines the basics of the new procedure, which begins at Erie Community Library on Saturday, November 21, 2020.

For now, Specialty Checkouts (laptops, mifi, etc.) will not be available.

Interlibrary Loan and Prospector holds can still be placed, and these items can be picked up curbside.

As always, our downloadable and streaming ebooks, audiobooks, movies and music will be available 24/7.
