Join WOW! Children's Museum to learn about wind by observing and exploring it just as Gilberto does in Gilberto and the Wind. Make a windcatcher to take home. This program will be held at Erie Community Library on January 26, 4:15-5:00 pm. It is for Grades K-2; registration is required.

Go by Bike: Cycle Touring Basics

Have you ever dreamed of traveling by bicycle but weren't quite sure where to start? This presentation will get you prepared to pedal the miles to your next faraway destination. You will learn about which bikes can be used for touring, various types of panniers and trailers, camping equipment and clothing. In addition we will discuss training, bike specific maps, and other essential gear and resources to get you out on your first bike tour.
Join us at Farr Regional Library on January 25, 6:30-8 pm. Registration is required; ages 13 and up.

Join a National Archives expert to discuss and explore online records. Learn about Ancestry.com and the many other tools used to solve genealogical mysteries. We'll also learn how to digitally preserve your records. Bring in your tough problems and we'll help you solve them! Registration required.
